Joshua learns to listen to his intuition and body language.
In the aftermath of his stranger danger experience, Joshua’s spirit guide Tav teaches him how to recognize his intuition and to interpret his body language.
Intuition is the wee small voice in our head which we so often dismiss as irrelevant. Tav tells Joshua this is how spirit guides and guardian angels speak to most people. Not all people are able to see their spiritual helpers who are ever ready to help in times of indecision or physical need, however everyone has the ability to recognize their intuition and to act on it.
Intuition is the idea or thought that comes instantly to mind.
When you are struggling to find the solution to a problem or to understand something that is perplexing, you will often get an instant thought that perfectly answers your questions or gives you the solution you are seeking. Sometimes we may think, ‘Where did that thought come from?’ Other times we may think ‘Why didn’t I think of that before?’
Tav spoke into Joshua’s mind, “The voice you heard was mine but you could also call it your intuition, which is how most people hear the messages of their guide or guardian angel.
“The feeling of a big knot in your stomach, and the creepy crawly feeling you had in your skin was your body’s response to the energy surrounding the man. It was warning you of danger.
“I was really scared,” said Joshua.
“Yes,” replied Tav, you were able to feel, and recognize the danger through the language of your body. The tight knot in your stomach is called your gut feeling. Whenever you get that feeling, or a creepy crawly feeling in your skin or body, it’s telling you danger is near.”
Tav’s voice continued speaking softly into Joshua’s mind, “Always take notice of your intuition and body language and act immediately. Get away from the situation as quickly as you can. Tell your parents or teachers what you’ve felt and what was happening around you at the time.”
